What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and project teams to provide technical solutions in line with product offerings.
• Review and approve technical drawings and design models prior to production release.
• Develop standardized engineering documentation, including drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Coordinate cross-plant problem-solving teams to improve project and engineering performance.
• Support plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
• Engage directly on the production floor and at customer sites to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical engineering role.
• In-depth knowledge of Busbar product ranges.
• Proficiency in CADD, PDM systems, and MS Office.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM and 3D drawing packages such as SolidWorks and Revit.
