What you will do

• Lead test execution for engines and components, coordinating setup, instrumentation, and supervision of technicians.
• Support test planning, procedure development, and risk identification.
• Oversee data acquisition, analyze results for trends and anomalies, and produce actionable reports.
• Coordinate test rig integration with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams; troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain documentation, mentor juniors, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in testing, validation, or engineering operations.
• Hands-on experience with engine testing, test rigs, or complex mechanical systems.
• Understanding of data acquisition systems and instrumentation.
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices in high-risk environments.
