What you will do

• Challenge advanced language models on topics including verb conjugation, case inflection, sentence structure, and regional dialects.
• Converse with AI models on various language scenarios to test reasoning and linguistic nuances.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model-generated responses.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces to harden model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Expertise in Croatian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
• Master’s or PhD in Croatian language, linguistics, or a closely related field (ideal).
• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work".
