What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic and tactical security programs for the Southeast region in alignment with global standards.
• Oversee the safety and security of regional assets, facilities, employees, and global travelers.
• Manage security vendors and collaborate with HR, Legal, and Tech teams to implement risk-mitigation efforts.
• Maintain high-level relationships with law enforcement and intelligence counterparts.
• Monitor, document, and assess incoming digital threat information and conduct open-source investigative research.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports on security trends and lead process improvements for threat management.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years of work experience in enterprise security, law enforcement, investigations, or crisis management.
• Strong tactical execution and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various levels and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Nashville, Tennessee for on-site work.
