What you will do

• Lead and supervise on-site security guards to ensure 24/7 facility coverage.
• Monitor physical access points, VMS, ACS, BMS, and fire alarm systems.
• Enforce access control procedures for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Act as the first responder and escalation point for security incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with data center security standards including SOC and ISO.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and prepare detailed incident reports.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ashburn, VA.
• 2–5 years of security experience, preferably in a critical infrastructure environment.
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Security certifications such as CPR/First Aid, Guard Card, or Security Supervisor certification.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in NetSuite.
