What you will do

• Converse with AI models in Aymara across a wide range of topics to test capabilities.
• Verify linguistic accuracy, tone, meaning, and cultural relevance of model responses.
• Document reproducible error traces and identify model failure modes to harden reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Contribute to the preservation of indigenous knowledge through high-quality training data.

Requirements

• Must be based in Peru.
• Deep expertise in Aymara regional dialects, phonetics, syntax, and oral traditions.
• Degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field.
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and detailed reasoning.
