Optimisation Analyst Intern (Fintech)

Optimisation Analyst Intern (CRO/Fintech): Improving customer experience through experimentation and analyzing user journeys across digital products with an accent on conversion rate optimization and data-driven insights. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Manchester, UK. Must be eligible to work in the UK

What you will do

• Analyze user experience data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of CRO strategies for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to address user journey pain points.
• Prepare reports on CRO experiments and present insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and UX teams to align optimization efforts with business goals.
• Learn technical basics of digital analytics and website functionality.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• 2nd year student in a full-time undergraduate degree with an industry placement year in a relevant subject.
• Minimum 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or equivalent.
• Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A* to C.
• Must be over 18 years old by September 1, 2026.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, Hotjar, Figma, or Optimizely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
