What you will do

• Define clinical quality success metrics and develop project-specific SOPs and QA rubrics.
• Review annotations, medical coding, and metadata against clinical standards to ensure accuracy.
• Vet and assess medical annotators through sample work reviews and knowledge checks.
• Provide actionable feedback and training resources to improve contractor output.
• Advise on clinical scoping and requirements during project setup.
• Analyze defect trends and build dashboards to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in generalist specializations (e.g., Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine).
• 5+ years of professional experience in direct patient care, clinical research, or applied medical projects.
• Fluency in spoken and written English with strong medical writing skills.
• Experience producing technical documentation or clinical quality rubrics.
• Ability to work within fixed project timelines and deliverables.
