CAx Developer (Commercial Aircraft)

What you will do

• Provide CAD/CAE support for tooling, jigs, fixtures, and process engineering requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and validate post processors for CNC machines to ensure accurate G-code/M-code output.
• Administer and support Manufacturing Engineering software, including tool management and machine monitoring platforms.
• Manage CAx tool templates, libraries, user configurations, and license optimization.
• Develop macros and scripts to automate engineering workflows and support digital twin initiatives.
• Provide technical support and conduct training for ME, Equipment, and NC Programming teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2–5+ years of experience in CAD/CAE/CAM, DNC administration, or CNC-related engineering.
• Proficiency in NX, SolidWorks, Autodesk, or Creo.
• Solid knowledge of CAM workflows and post processor logic.
• Experience with PDM/PLM systems.
• Location: Must be based in Baguio City, PH for onsite work

Nice to have

• Experience with CNC machine shop operations.
• Scripting knowledge in VBA, Python, C#, or TCL.
