What you will do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair automated equipment including Trim and Forming, AVI, Casting, and Encapsulation machines.
• Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure system stability.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment-related issues.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers to improve overall equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance records.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, Vision Systems, Relays, and AC/DC Motors.
• Ability to interpret PLC error codes, perform I/O testing, and adjust machine parameters.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 / IATF16949 compliance and ESD-safe handling.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Registered Master Electrician certification.
