What you will do

• Execute reliability qualifications, evaluations, and risk assessments for products.
• Define reliability stress tests specifically for product risk assessment of non-conforming products.
• Analyze reliability test results and generate technical reports.
• Coordinate with failure analysis teams to understand and resolve reliability failures.
• Oversee reliability lab operations and maintenance to ensure on-time delivery of results.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Engineering (preferably ECE, EE, ChE, or ME).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in test, quality, reliability engineering, and failure analysis.
• Knowledge of Reliability Test Methods, Standards, and Quality Systems (IATF/ISO/QS9000, TS16949, ISO17025).
• Proficiency in Basic Statistics, MSA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, DOE, and QC tools.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
