What you will do
- Sustain cap-charger production and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Maintain test equipment and perform first article evaluations for components and PCBA.
- Conduct RMA evaluations, including Failure Analysis (FA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the R&D team in Billerica to transfer and implement new products in Manila.
- Design and build fixtures for circuit board and unit-level testing.
- Work closely with operations to transition new products into mass production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electronics Engineering (ECE).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage electronics engineering.
- Experience in the design of high voltage capacitor charging power supplies.
- Knowledge of active power factor correction circuits and flyback, forward, and series resonant converted power conversion topologies.
- Proven project management skills and ability to interface with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
- Results-oriented approach to problem solving.
