Electrical Engineer (High Voltage Electronics)

What you will do

• Sustain cap-charger production and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Maintain test equipment and perform first article evaluations for components and PCBA.
• Conduct RMA evaluations, including Failure Analysis (FA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the R&D team in Billerica to transfer and implement new products in Manila.
• Design and build fixtures for circuit board and unit-level testing.
• Work closely with operations to transition new products into mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electronics Engineering (ECE).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage electronics engineering.
• Experience in the design of high voltage capacitor charging power supplies.
• Knowledge of active power factor correction circuits and flyback, forward, and series resonant converted power conversion topologies.
• Proven project management skills and ability to interface with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
• Results-oriented approach to problem solving.
