Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (USD $188,000 – $304,200 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City).

What you will do

• Lead design, development, and optimization of large-scale shopping ads infrastructure and algorithms.
• Build and maintain universal product graph spanning billions of products across multiple languages.
• Develop scalable systems for data ingestion, storage, retrieval, and real-time serving at global scale.
• Apply ML, NLP, and DL models to enhance ad relevance, personalization, and selection.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to productionize research and drive innovation aligned with commerce strategy.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical collaboration across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related AND 6+ years engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python (or equivalent).
• 4+ years building large-scale systems and supporting AI models.
• 2+ years with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), LLMs/SLMs, AI Agents.
• 2+ years with cloud services, big data platforms, streaming frameworks (Kafka, Flink, Spark), AI infrastructure.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and security screenings.

• Background in computational advertising, recommender systems, or search engines.
• Ability to translate vision into detailed design and integrate quantitative/qualitative data.
