What you will do
- Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using Java.
- Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and assess overall code quality and clarity.
- Challenge models on topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and memory management.
- Document failure modes and capture reproducible error traces to harden model reasoning.
- Suggest improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States of America.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven real-world Java experience or significant open-source contributions.
- Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
- Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to clearly "show your work".
