What you will do

• Review de-identified ICU clinical notes and EHR data related to sepsis.
• Interpret and annotate medical information using established clinical guidelines.
• Normalize clinical terminology, concepts, and patient-record information.
• Identify and categorize relevant clinical data with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in quality assurance and feedback processes to improve annotation quality.

Requirements

• Current, active US-credentialed RN, NP, or PA credential.
• Strong knowledge of clinical terminology and medical documentation.
• Ability to accurately interpret complex clinical notes and EHR information.
• Strong attention to detail, written communication, and ability to follow structured guidelines independently.
• Availability for approximately 25–40 hours per week.
• Remote work must be performed from the United States.

Nice to have

• Critical care, ICU, emergency medicine, or other acute-care experience.
• Experience with sepsis patients or other acute-care conditions.
• Experience with clinical research, medical data annotation, clinical informatics, healthcare AI, or EHR documentation.

Hiring process
