C# Coding Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Interact with advanced AI models to solve complex software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using C#.
• Verify the logical accuracy, coding fluency, and overall clarity of AI-generated code.
• Document failure modes and capture reproducible error traces to help harden model reasoning.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge models on topics including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, and memory management.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in C#, including deep knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Must be based in the United States of America.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven real-world C# experience, technical writing skills, or open-source contributions.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication by "showing your work".
