• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and system configurations.

Requirements

• Experience in Trade Floor, Desktop, or Application Support within financial services.
• Strong Windows support and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to trading systems or market data platforms.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Ability to perform under pressure in real-time environments.
