What you will do

• Launch and manage influencer collaborations including Spark Ads, Partnership Ads, and ambassador programs
• Monitor influencer content, suggest creative ideas and trends
• Source influencers across platforms and manage full cycle: outreach, negotiations, briefing, pricing, content approval, revisions, payments
• Maintain financial reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing (Tier-1 markets)
• Strong communication and self-organization skills
• Producer mindset — ability to spot content potential and evaluate impact
• English level C1 (strong written & spoken communication)

Nice to have

• Experience working with the US market
• Background in e-commerce, edtech, or other B2C industries
