TL;DR

Customer Support Representative (AI): Providing high-quality technical and account support for AI-powered transcription services with an accent on customer experience and efficient issue resolution. Focus on troubleshooting basic technical problems, educating users on product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the service.

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the United States)

Compensation: $18 – $22 per hour

What you will do

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently across all hirify.global services, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Educate customers on hirify.global’s products, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and identify recurring trends to recommend experience enhancements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with confidence troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with availability for Eastern Time (ET) and Central Time (CT) business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, AI-driven technology, or transcription services.
