TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the United States)
Compensation: $18 – $22 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently across all services, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Educate customers on ’s products, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and identify recurring trends to recommend experience enhancements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong technical aptitude with confidence troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with availability for Eastern Time (ET) and Central Time (CT) business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Familiarity with SaaS, AI-driven technology, or transcription services.
