What you will do

• Work on a mix of client projects and internal research initiatives to solve real-world problems.
• Build data-driven solutions and leverage machine learning models to deliver meaningful results.
• Contribute to groundbreaking AI alignment research and propose high-impact skunkworks projects.
• Design and implement LLM workflows including prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Collaborate within an agile environment using Kanban/Scrum cycles and AI-powered development tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in Python.
• Experience with the LLM lifecycle: prompt design, RAG, vector databases, multimodality, and fine-tuning.
• Proven data science experience with a track record of contributing to impactful projects.
• Expertise in statistical and causal ML fundamentals, experimental design, and model evaluation.
• Deep learning experience building NLP or computer vision models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• English: Effective communication proficiency is essential.
