What you will do

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and install equipment using layout plans, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Analyze equipment performance data to improve tool reliability and overall module availability.
• Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments and implement configuration changes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and procedural standards within the factory.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Educational background: BS in STEM, Associate degree with 1+ years experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 2-4+ years of technical/military experience.
• Willingness to work nightshifts on a compressed work week (12-hour shifts).
• Ability to spend over 90% of the shift in a cleanroom environment wearing required PPE (coveralls, respirator, etc.).
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk 2-4 miles per shift.

• Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency using hand tools, electrical meters, and calibration tools.
