What you will do
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair non-functioning manufacturing equipment.
- Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance using blueprints and technical documentation.
- Analyze and interpret performance data to improve tool reliability and overall module performance.
- Document system failures and update existing equipment specifications.
- Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments and configuration changes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards within a cleanroom environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Educational requirement: BS in STEM (Semiconductor Manufacturing) OR Associate degree in STEM + 1 year experience OR HS Diploma/GED + 2-4 years of technical/manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to work a compressed work week (12-hour shifts) on dayshift.
- Physical ability to work in a cleanroom (wearing full PPE), lift up to 25 lbs, and walk 2-4 miles per shift.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

- Prior experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency using hand tools, electrical meters, and calibration tools.
