What you will do

• Define design requirements in collaboration with product owners.
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and UX deliverables to re-envision loan origination and home transactions.
• Design intuitive interfaces through high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop scalable design foundations applicable to various loan application offerings.
• Utilize user-centered design and direct observation to drive innovation and refine products.

Requirements

• Expert English language skills
• Must be based in Brazil
• Strong professional experience as a Product Designer and experience in a Lead Designer role.
• Mastery of Figma, including design system management and responsive design.
• Expertise in Design Systems, documentation, UX research, and strategic planning.
• Understanding of AI Prototyping (specifically using Bolt).
