What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of finance reporting features including dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools
• Conduct user research to understand financial workflows and translate requirements into intuitive experiences
• Design user journeys, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes validated through testing
• Develop effective data visualizations and contribute to the design system for scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams on cohesive solutions
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Designer in SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Expertise in dashboards, reporting tools, and complex data visualization
• Strong user-centered design principles, UX research, and full design lifecycle experience
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into elegant user experiences
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent and design systems at scale
• Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills
