What you will do

• Manage assigned strategic and key accounts, providing ongoing client support and relationship management.
• Conduct research to identify potential solutions for strategic accounts and support regional sales campaigns.
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and perform product demonstrations using internal POS and presentation tools.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline developments, and forecast updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional support with product, finance, and marketing teams for account activities.
• Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback loops and assist in payment collections.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in gaming or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate games and systems products to customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-term customer relationships.
