What you will do

• Lead large-scale CAD projects and drive strategic initiatives focusing on Surface and Top Down Master Model Management.
• Develop and present next-generation Engineering Specification standards and guidelines based on HMI and industry standards.
• Create and modify complex Class A surfaces using Creo Parametric and Creo ISDX Surfacing to support seating products.
• Manage independent part and assembly design ownership for assigned high-priority projects.
• Pioneer and implement new CAD tools, processes, and techniques to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Mentor and share advanced Creo Parametric techniques with engineering teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied arts or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional CAD experience with proven leadership on large projects.
• Expert proficiency in Creo Parametric, ISDX Surfacing, Top Down Design, and PTC Windchill.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team environment.
