What you will do

• Perform outbound calls and email correspondence with policyholders regarding audit completion and general inquiries.
• Collaborate with Premium Audit Specialists and Customer Service to ensure audits meet company standards and timeframes.
• Locate and verify contact information for policyholders and their agents.
• Accurately document all contacts and activities within internal systems.
• Review and approve audit deadline extensions according to department guidelines.
• Perform basic policy audits following the successful completion of required training.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an auditing, review, or checks-and-balances function.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• US Work Authorization is required; hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional business correspondence.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
