TL;DR

Client Support Specialist (Veterinary): Facilitating positive user experiences for veterinary professionals and hospitals on a staffing platform with an accent on first-line troubleshooting and ticket management. Focus on resolving user issues, coordinating escalated cases with regional managers, and optimizing payment reconciliation processes.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote, Hybrid if based in San Francisco)

Salary: $19 - $28 per hour (Tiered by location)

What you will do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues for hospitals, veterinarians, and technicians.
  • Coordinate escalated issues with regional Business Development and Account Managers.
  • Manage call outs and document rainy-day scenarios to improve team knowledge.
  • Maintain client communications and CS tickets within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Data teams on shift and payment reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 2+ years of experience in client or customer support, ideally in an early-stage startup.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings (Central Time), and weekend rotations.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a vet technician or in the animal healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with professional customer support tools and software.
