Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote, Hybrid if based in San Francisco)
Salary: $19 - $28 per hour (Tiered by location)

What you will do
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues for hospitals, veterinarians, and technicians.
- Coordinate escalated issues with regional Business Development and Account Managers.
- Manage call outs and document rainy-day scenarios to improve team knowledge.
- Maintain client communications and CS tickets within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Finance and Data teams on shift and payment reconciliation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 2+ years of experience in client or customer support, ideally in an early-stage startup.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings (Central Time), and weekend rotations.
Nice to have
- Experience as a vet technician or in the animal healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with professional customer support tools and software.
