What you will do

• Resolve design and manufacturing issues to ensure product quality and readiness.

• Monitor process capabilities and performance reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis using techniques like Pareto and fish diagrams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques, and execution tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems in manufacturing or product development.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and effective communication.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois.
