What you will do

• Co-develop batch and streaming pipelines, semantic models, and transformations on Databricks using Python and Spark.
• Define and maintain data contracts, quality rules, and data SLOs for each data product.
• Guide domain teams on data modeling and establish data product boundaries.
• Train, mentor, and pair with domain engineers and analysts on data product ownership and engineering best practices.
• Capture feedback from domains to improve platform templates, tooling, and patterns.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Data Engineering, specifically building and optimizing data pipelines.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Python, and Spark for both batch and streaming processing.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
• Familiarity with BI visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
