What you will do

• Drive execution of market-leading product initiatives, owning complex problem spaces end-to-end.
• Propose and prioritize feature sets for AI, NLP, and loyalty projects to create long-term competitive advantage.
• Define success criteria and use A/B testing to drive measurable impact and inform iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver successful launches.
• Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and learnings clearly to stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Lead collaborative workshops to translate ambiguity into aligned action plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in New York City (Hybrid).
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably owning search, discovery, or AI-powered high-scale consumer experiences.
• Demonstrated fluency in modern AI tools for research synthesis, PRD drafting, and data analysis.
• Proven track record of driving improvements in engagement and conversion through experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting large datasets.
