What you will do

• Co-develop batch and streaming pipelines, semantic models, and transformations using Databricks, Python, and Spark.
• Define and maintain data contracts, quality rules, and SLOs for data products.
• Provide guidance to domain teams on data modeling and product boundaries.
• Mentor and pair with domain engineers and analysts on engineering best practices.
• Iterate on platform templates and tooling based on feedback from domain teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Engineering and optimizing data pipelines.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Python, and Spark (batch and streaming).
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
