Salary: $250,000 annual starting (prorated to $62,500 for 0.25 FTE / 10 hours per week)

What you will do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication treatment plans, and ongoing management for children and teens.
• Collaborate with InStride care team, outpatient pediatricians, and psychiatrists as needed.
• Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education.
• Schedule patients and complete thorough documentation in a timely manner.
• Offer feedback on workflow improvements and ideas for program growth and innovation.

Requirements

• New Jersey MD licensure required and openness to obtaining licenses in additional states.
• Expertise in medication management for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.
• Ability to complete documentation timely and thoroughly.
• Comfort working on a multidisciplinary care team, providing and seeking support.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility; handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies; cultural competence in diversity and inclusion.
