Salary: $1,000 per month per full-time PMHNP supervised, $500 per part-time; up to $7,000/month max

• Collaborate with experienced PMHNPs treating low- to medium-risk patients using evidence-based treatments.
• Conduct chart reviews, provide clinical guidance, and approve prescriptions via EMR and eRX.
• Mentor psychiatric providers to deliver highest-quality patient care.
• Contribute to making world-class psychiatric care accessible regardless of insurance.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted MD/DO license and DEA license in Texas
• Primary residence in Texas
• Board certification or eligibility as psychiatrist
• Comfort with remote supervision, chart reviews, prescription sign-off including controlled substances per regulations
• Availability by phone during PMHNP hours and shift ends
• Minimum 1-year commitment
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, medication management, communication skills
• Comfort with technology, EHR systems
