Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Pitch and research engaging story ideas aligned with brand pillars such as business news, finance, and entrepreneurship.
• Write informative, properly sourced scripts optimized for YouTube engagement and retention.
• Lead video shoots in a director or DP capacity and serve as the on-camera host.
• Edit stringouts in Adobe Premiere and provide creative guidance to video editors and motion graphics designers.

Requirements

• Based in the greater New York City area.
• Portfolio of high-performing, long-form YouTube videos that you have both produced and hosted.
• Proven experience in video journalism and end-to-end video production.
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Technical experience shooting on Sony FX3 cameras and basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong journalistic instincts and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
