What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for regional client divisions to shape commercial strategies using robust analytics and data-driven insights.
• Manage program governance, standardize project management across multiple tracks, and develop strategic insights aligned with customer KBQs.
• Design and manage BI platforms (Tableau, PowerBI) to provide fast, agile, and secure access to datasets.
• Create actionable metrics and KPI reports for sales operations, marketing, and brand managers.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver projects involving data integration, ARD preparations, and commercial analytics (SFE and IC Design).
• Establish a Centre of Excellence to foster knowledge sharing and accelerate the adoption of data visualization.

Requirements

• Must be US Based (East Coast - Tristate).
• Minimum 12-14 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry focusing on business intelligence and analytics.
• Post-graduation in healthcare data analytics (M. Pharm/MS/Mtech) or Engineering from a premier institution.
• Proficiency with SQL, ETL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Strong strategic thinking, consultative problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CoPilot and Tableau Pulse agents.
• Knowledge of Tableau server administration, installation, and configuration.
