Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Tampere, or Oulu; candidates elsewhere in Finland may also be considered.

What you will do

• Build secure and scalable internal applications for feature rollouts, troubleshooting workflows, and an AI-powered internal hub.
• Develop performant, modular frontend interfaces using TypeScript, React or Vue, and Vite.
• Create high-availability, low-latency backend services for configurations and content used by millions of members.
• Improve engineering operations and apply AI-driven tools and workflows across the software organization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Mobile, Cloud, Firmware, and other engineering teams to improve developer experiences.
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure with Pulumi, Helm, containerization, and automated CI/CD deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex full-stack projects.
• Deep experience with agentic workflows and AI-native development tools.
• Strong TypeScript expertise with React or Vue, state management, and micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience building production APIs and services with Python or Rust.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Firestore, Redis, AWS, containers, monitoring, and automation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
