What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Assist clients in connecting their POS systems to the proprietary advertising platform.
  • Navigate internal interfaces to build and launch form-based ad campaigns.
  • Provide high-touch communication via email and occasional calls to guide clients.
  • Identify, log, and resolve minor system bugs or user errors.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team when necessary.

Requirements

  • English: B2+/C1 proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability: Must be available to work in US time zones.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation.
  • Prior experience working with a SaaS product or platform.
  • Strong technical aptitude for learning software and navigating dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.

  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Background in digital marketing or campaign setup.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail tech sectors.
