What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout their onboarding journey.
- Assist clients in connecting their POS systems to the proprietary advertising platform.
- Navigate internal interfaces to build and launch form-based ad campaigns.
- Provide high-touch communication via email and occasional calls to guide clients.
- Identify, log, and resolve minor system bugs or user errors.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team when necessary.
Requirements
- English: B2+/C1 proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work in US time zones.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation.
- Prior experience working with a SaaS product or platform.
- Strong technical aptitude for learning software and navigating dashboards.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
