What you will do

• Own the development and delivery of ML models for churn prediction, purchase propensity, store recommendations, and customer lifetime value.
• Translate business problems into modeling approaches, selecting appropriate methods and features to deliver measurable impact.
• Analyze large-scale behavioral and transactional data to uncover patterns and opportunities for player growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust and scalable.
• Partner with commercial and finance teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Experience building predictive models (churn, propensity, segmentation, or value modeling) in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with common data science and ML libraries.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, tree-based models, and clustering.
• Ability to independently manage the end-to-end process from problem definition to delivery.
• Strong academic background, typically a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field.
• Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation or A/B testing.
• Familiarity with production environments, MLOps, or data pipelines.
• Experience with PySpark or equivalent distributed data processing tools.
• Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based products.
