What you will do

• Own end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring
• Analyze player behavior to uncover game performance, progression, monetization, and engagement drivers
• Design and analyze A/B tests, define KPIs, and interpret results robustly
• Develop predictive models, segmentation, and forecasting to support decision-making
• Design and optimize data models/datasets for analytical and business needs
• Ensure data quality, validate assumptions, and contribute to the data roadmap

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent
• 3+ years in Data Science or advanced analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Solid experience with data modeling and large-scale datasets
• Strong understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design
• Experience applying machine learning to real-world problems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably GCP), data pipelines, ETL, and orchestration tools like dbt
• Autonomous, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
