What you will do

• Manage fee-related activities including calculation, invoicing, settlement, and reporting.
• Reconcile fees received with Agent notices and clear discrepancies.
• Ensure fee arrangements are accurately captured in core banking systems like Flexcube.
• Report on overdue fees and perform effective follow-up to ensure collection.
• Identify and record errors in the reconciliation process to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate operational issues into solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in fee management and accrual processes.
• Practical experience with Flexcube or other Core Banking Systems.
• Right to Work in Ireland (EU Citizen, Stamp 4, or Stamp 1G).
• High proficiency in MS Excel and strong numeric competence.
• Ability to work shift hours from 2pm to 10pm to support the North America Wholesale business.
