What you will do

• Perform month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and monthly flux analysis for international entities.
• Manage reporting requirements under U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditors to support the statutory audit process.
• Drive international expansion projects and implement new accounting systems.
• Implement automation and continuous improvement projects within accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with the US team and global 3rd party service providers to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an accounting role within a similar fast-paced industry.
• Strong expertise in managing and completing month-end close.
• Experience with statutory reporting processes.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of 2 years PQE.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and Coupa.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in US GAAP month-end close preparation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a scaling international organization.
