What you will do

• Design and own the architecture of the B2B CRM platform based on Creatio.
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solution designs for complex enterprise use cases.
• Develop and maintain custom Creatio packages using C#, business logic, and UI customizations.
• Design and govern integrations between Creatio and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership to Middle and Junior developers and maintain architectural documentation.
• Analyze and resolve complex performance issues and incidents while improving development standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Creatio (configuration, custom packages, business processes).
• 4+ years of experience in C# / .NET / .NET Core development.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to design enterprise solutions and work with complex data models.
• Capability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Experience in B2B, telecom, or large enterprise systems.
