What you will do

• Design, evolve, and maintain group-wide PFC methodologies, standards, and principles.
• Perform model reviews, validation, back-testing, and sensitivity analyses to assess model suitability.
• Monitor market developments and liquidity conditions to define quantitative curve quality metrics.
• Act as the central interface between local curve owners, quantitative analysts, trading desks, and senior management.
• Support the implementation of price models within a modern, cloud-native tech stack.
• Develop analytical and reporting solutions for energy trading, portfolio management, and risk management.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in quantitative modelling, forward curve construction, or energy markets risk management.
• Strong foundation in statistics, stochastic modelling, and time-series analysis.
• Advanced Python skills and experience working with databases and modern cloud platforms.
• Fluent English proficiency with confidence presenting to non-quantitative senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
