What you will do

• Audit and redesign operational workflows in student support, onboarding, payments, identifying inefficiencies and building improvement roadmaps.
• Debug metrics, uncover root causes, and connect data to operational behavior for informed decisions.
• Define strategies, prioritize initiatives, plan execution, and ensure impactful delivery.
• Build economic cases, track key metrics, and maintain focus on high-impact activities.
• Drive cross-functional change across operational teams end-to-end.
• Design and implement automation for manual processes where it adds value.
• Research competitors and introduce modern operational best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English for clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
• 5+ years as Product Manager with proven impact on operational efficiency, cost reduction, or conversion.
• Strong data-driven mindset: define metrics, build baselines, track outcomes.
• Experience with hypothesis-driven experiments, A/B tests, and pilots for process validation.
• Comfortable with team/stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and gaps.
• Strong systematic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
