Salary: £13.91 - £15.13 per hour (Average total earnings approx. £41,000 per year including sleep-ins)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support to the staff team and service users on a shift basis.
• Assist the Locality Manager by delivering supervisions, observations, and positive role modelling.
• Offer emotional and practical support to enable individuals to live their lives their own way.
• Work closely with families and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
• Deliver consistent 1:1 support to the people being supported.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Full UK Manual driving license.
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
• Ability to take responsibility and remain calm in difficult situations.
• Commitment to empowering people and promoting independence.
