What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer communications using Quadient Inspire to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Create and update technical specifications to reflect delivered solutions and adhere to best-practice standards.
• Secure necessary approvals to ensure communications are technically compliant with regulatory and multi-channel requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve production environment issues through effective analysis and professional management.
• Work within Agile methodologies to develop user stories and deliver sprint outcomes aligned to product and regulatory initiatives.
• Prioritize customer-centric improvements to reduce journey friction, especially for vulnerable customers.

Requirements

• Experience with document composition platforms such as Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, or Apache Velocity.
• Knowledge of data and markup formats including JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of how customer data is created, collected, and manipulated across systems.
• Proven ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hove, UK on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics.
