What you will do

• Identify market and customer needs for intercom products and align with company mid/long-term goals;
• Research markets and competitors to shape best value proposition;
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation and launch to continuous improvement;
• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ajax Intercom devices and features, articulating to business and R&D stakeholders;
• Analyze feedback, refine features, and ensure regulatory compliance;
• Prioritize data-driven and feedback-driven feature development for minimal risks and fast time-to-market.

Requirements

• Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, adaptability, multitasking, and curiosity for continuous learning;
• Market research and analysis skills, including competitor analysis and unit economy calculations;
• Knowledge of industry regulations like GDPR and region-specific legal/financial diversity;
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Miro;
• Experience in CCTV.

Nice to have

• Experience building products from scratch;
• Knowledge of sales, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing;
