Team Lead, Software Development: Provide leadership for engineering team developing globally distributed hirify.globalLabs Intelix cloud services for threat intelligence, malware analysis, and real-time detection with an accent on fostering team growth, AI adoption, and strategic delivery. Focus on removing impediments, building trust and accountability, coaching individuals, and facilitating informed engineering decisions.

Location: Mostly remote within Hungary with regular in-person team and social gatherings. Must have legal authorization to work in Hungary without employer sponsorship.

• Lead, support, and develop high-performing team through direction, trust, feedback, and coaching on growth and career development

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written

• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and ability to manage upwards

Nice to have

• Experience as Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar
• Technical background in software engineering, cloud, or infrastructure
• Experience with agile teams, modern delivery practices, distributed systems
• Leading changes or adoptions of tools, processes, or ways of working
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development or productivity tools
