What you will do

• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and integrate AI features into existing products and build customer-facing prototypes.
• Partner with the Data team to ensure data is correctly collected, enriched, and staged for AI use.
• Write high-quality Python code to interact with large language models and assess performance.
• Develop tools and infrastructure to support reliable, scalable, and secure AI deployment.
• Collaborate with cloud operations to deploy AI features and monitor their impact using AWS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or full-stack SaaS application development.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production-ready AI/ML services.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, platforms, and related tooling.
• Strong Python development skills and familiarity with data manipulation and evaluation workflows.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic (Role is hired through an EOR partner).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience fine-tuning and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or integrating AI into real-time data flows.
• Exposure to fintech or the legal industry.
